Can You Verify a Theory?

When I'm talking to a scientist or interacting with them and that's what they claim, I will at that point trot out proper epistemology. There is no such thing as the term support if by support you mean justification. You can never certify something is true. Scientists really are great paparians, even those that know nothing about poppers epistemology.
