The Rise of ISIS and Al-Qaida in the Middle East
The idea that the United States did create ISIS. The US also created al-Qaeda. It's a mainstream view in Latin America as well. I don't think it is necessary to believe that, right? Because if you go back, you can trace it from the very beginning starting with Operation Cyclone in Afghanistan. That's how he first came to prominence as an enabler of the Mujahideen in Afghanistan. And that trend just keeps going on and on in Syria and Iraq where ISIS first emerged.
