Is Your Environment Supporting Your Intense Drive and Motivation?
If your environment supports those three things in health, you're more likely to have that intrinsic drive and motivation. If not, unfortunately, often modern workplaces or sporting environments doesn't support that autonomy, mastery, belonging or health side of things. So for me, it's the ability to sleep eight hours a night if I don't have an infant at the time. The other thing is I do it with Steve. This is something that I've seen in almost all my coaching clients that even if you've got those other things, the belonging, the community part is so important.
