The Importance of Rooting in the Gospel
There's something about being a Christian that makes you more curious and able to explore as you are rooted in the gospel. The idea that we can just cut ourselves off from all of that is misguided, especially in our context. And so that means that there is no culture that the gospel does not bring a critique to because it always comes from the outside.
