The Importance of Helping Others

I don't subscribe to the enneagram stuff anymore. Um, I like I Love learning about myself and then when I find out more information  and with with Enneagram I won't go into like a big revolt of it but I do understand what it means to help. Until I breathe deeply in my own Mask that belongs to me I couldn't help anybody else Now remember Who that mask is to be shared with? It's usually a minor or someone else that's That may not have to wear with all to put on their own mask Yeah, but every seat on the plane has a mask over their head And Once they are deployed You're responsible for putting on your own oxygen
