What's Going on in the Middle East?

Tom Foreman: Russian troops have been targeting civilians in Ukraine. He says they're going after energy, power, these kinds of economic targets. But a lot of it's not getting through to Israel and the U.S., he says. Far more likely is that drones or missiles will be used for target-spotting by ISR forces.
