Are We Responsible for Self-Driving Cars?
We should be held accountable and responsible for technological inventions, he says. The fact that we're prioritizing this off to driving far in the first place is already rife with assumptions and values about how we treat crime or economy. And so the companies, people make them yes, should be held to account. Part of that process should be deep, not just consultation with, but integration and involvement with communities whose neighborhoods will be disrupted by self-driving cars.
