Pre and Post Workout Fueling

Pre and post work out fuelling is important, but you can't make mistakes after a workout. Always keep in mind how the training for the next two or three weeks will be. When we do hard workout I like to implement breakfast with very low fibre content. For example, sowe, we cut outor we try to cut out most of the fibres during these days. And so this is like implementing habits of different situations here.
