There is this little bit of rhetoric, a little bit of pushback and needling from neighboring states in the region. And then you've got the big changes in defense budgets, agreements that are starting to shift markedly. So South Korea around now China yesterday today is making threats with the global time paper about closeness between the South Koreans and the Americans. They don't like the South Koreans siding up to the Japanese and the Americans as closely as they now are. It's caused principally by the North Koreans who are great Chinese allies as close as Lips and Teeth as the famous saying goes.
