EFSP in Massachusetts - What's the Process?

Suffolk University's new e-filing system will be the first of its kind in Massachusetts. The tool is designed to make it easier for people to file emergency housing cases and other forms without having to go through a complicated, cumbersome process. It was developed by Tyler Technologies with help from lawyers at Greater Boston Legal Services who had been advocating for more automated filing systems.
