Searching the Streets and Beaches of Glenelg and Sametan Park Street

Nancy Beaumont described her children as four-foot six inches tall, thin with freckles and sun-blaged hair cropped to her ears. Police searched the coastlines of Glenelg, Sametan, West Beach, Sea Cliff and Brighton looking for any sign of them. Jim Beaumont found that he wouldn't return home without his children and continued to search the streets and beaches alone until 7am. The hot temperature made the search extra challenging, as the beaches were still packed with crowds of people late into the night.
