How Do You See Your Work as a Teacher?

I feel like i'm kind of just mostly a facilitator, and then i teach the classes. I've got some really skilled people who have been training for a long time,. So i really like that it doesn't have to be all about me. Like the roshe we always say, like, the roche has to look perfect all the time. And em you know, i've got to just stay with what's actually helpful. My work is pretty non hierarchical right now. Um, yes, no, it's, it's am, it's been a pretty prety cohesive group.
