In California, there's a bylaw in the California state law. That says that you need to reasonably accommodate your workers. Usually that means people in like a wheelchair, for example. I do, however, sometimes see older people working like at the grocery store and stuff. Is that just because they want extra money? What do you think that's about? So it depends. Right now it's going to change soon. But right now basically all women are going to, they can work until the age of 55. They can't have a labor women. Like if you're a woman working in, you know, the labor sector, like if you work in the factory in a textile factory
