UUV's play very different roles in different navies. The essential difference here is a simple one the United States has to be prepared to fight 7,000 7,500 8,000 miles from ashore China is going to be taking this fight 80 to 100 to 120 miles from ashore those are fundamentally different. UUV's playing important roles in anti-submarine warfare and tracking but so far we're also seeing this very important deep sea mapping role where China really is in the lead for Chinese. Some countries are contemplating this as extensions of weapon systems some are contemplating it as extensions of special forces operators systems everybody is using it for intelligence gathering data collection if we end up in a naval battle there
