As you grow, as you develop a process for doing something, realizing that you don't need to own everything. If you want something to grow, it usually means handing off some control of the process. The analogy i always give is you have a executive celebrity chef open up a restaurant, and so they might be looking at all dishes coming out of the kitchen, but they aren't in there chopping vegetables. They aren't inthere doing dishes. And so that if if you wantsomething to grow, recognizing where you ad the most value, what you enjoy doing, and slowly but surely, turning everything else into commodity, into process that can be repeated.
