The Obstacles to Mission in the City

I think there's a lot around the individual sense of calling. We need leaders with vision, but it can very much become something that one leader is pursuing for themselves at cost of really discerning what God is calling the community towards. I do think there's this, one of the challenges we've come up against, especially bringing people from all different traditions. There is just this consistent thing among pastors that accurate ideas will lead to embodiment. And we're training people to preach and teach with words truth, but how are we helping them learn how to create a culture that is going to help people form into the image of Christ?
