Boost's Early Warning to Other Boost Libraries

Boost will be releasing two new releases before dropping support for older C++ versions. This gives the authors of dependent libraries a chance to fork their dependencies and incorporate them into their own code base. It's in the spirit of Boost that it was always about being on the bleeding edge of the C ++. There were also blog posts by Bart Womie, Polygy and Gajandra explaining how std format works. I don't think there really was a good beginner tutorial onstd format before, at least I haven't seen one.
