Innovation Is a Function of Creativity and Teamwork

Entrepreneurship is a function of creativity and teamwork. How do you take a group of people and turn them into a really kick ass team? Sales skills are things like influence and persuasion it's really applied psychology. I sure wish I'd taken more psychology classes when I was at Cal but ever since I started teaching entrepreneurship I've had to like retool myself to learn that stuff so it's a very very fundamental issue.
