A couple's therapy with Mr. Fox and Mrs. Fox would be hard because of his NPD it would really be hard for that to all of a sudden be something that changes without a lot of work on both their parts. I don't know that after the kind of intake that I feel like I would have with them not only as a couple but also individually I think that too much individual work would need to be done. They might come in at the last minute and really want me to be the one to tell them that they can't be together versus them coming to their own conclusion of that with and in themselves.
