Mick Fleetwood's Take on the Fleetwood Mac Debacle

Bob Welch, the American guitarist who joined Fleetwood two and a half years ago when original member Jeremy Spencer found God in Los Angeles, denied the whole Davis story at Presstime. Cliff Davis adds, I just decided it was time to change the band certainly on stage. And that's what I did. The UK High Court rules that the band should be granted an injunction that prevents manager Cliff Davis from putting his fake Fleetwood Mac out. But apparently some of this vitriol may not have been real at all because Elmer Gantry spoke out on the BBC radio interview where he said Mc Fleetwood told him: "I can't rehearse"
