The idea of bringing someone in from outside after the position hav been vacant for, i think, nearly two years. And it's like, you know what? At these high level positions, it is becoming increasingly apparent that you got to be on the inside, understand it, and be a culture fit. I just wonder, are they deluding themselves, or they're like, "We want something different"
