I lost my confidence for about six months, went to see a psychologist at United States. I didn't speak about that until I was 36 in my book. What footballers will tend to do is go and see the doctor at the club. That's the person they trust the most to open up to. And ultimately, we have to make sure that we deal with these vulnerabilities and put support systems in and around players.
