How to Manage Onboarding and Offboarding in GitLab?

With GitLab, you could set up a CI script that ran every hour. And then when it's time to onboard, you just go to that repo and you add the person to your group. You don't have to go look around manually through all these different interfaces or whatever. It's just one place, delete Bob and you're done. I think there are tools for managing this,. like Okta that we've already mentioned, and Amazon has AWS organizations and SSO.
