The Supreme Court's Decision to Allow Religious Charter Schools
In 2002, the Supreme Court said it's not a violation of the federal Constitution for people to choose religious schools with vouchers. Now we're at the point where we're really going to have this debate in earnest about whether or not you can have religious charter schools and whether they should be allowed. The big question is how will the charter school boards be biased against religious schools? And if they're not subject to bias, even if they aren't, well, that would push more people from them.
