Sensory Specific Satiety

There's an estimated estimate that there's about 200 food decisions we make in a day you know what to eat how much to eat did we like it. One of my favorites called sensory specific satiety which basically means the moment you begin eating something you're liking for that thing actually begins to decrease. If you want to sort of anticipate and enjoy the experience more in the moment order something you've had before because it would be familiar, go with something new.
