The Relationship Between Parent Effectiveness Training and Motivational Interviewing

Parents effectiveness training comes from the work of carl rogers and his colleagues. How do we place the child at the centre of this? And how do we recognize that they have this innate tendency towards growth, as long as we sort of remove barriers to that process happening? Schools in wales are really struggling post pandemic with relationships. I'm not sure about other people's experiences, but i've worked with a group of people to look at how a restorative approach can support schools post pandemic.
