The Importance of Communication in Real Estate

The strategy of going out to market at a certain number is much different than quarter one of 2021. In those markets, if you weren't listing at the price to get multiple offers, you were really missing a huge opportunity to see that fever pitch take what is market, true market value and accelerate it five, 10, 15% over market value in a bidding war. The communication guarantee with your clients. Biggest mistake realtors make. They don't tell the sellers what's going on. And this is the hardest conversation in real estate in my view because no one wants to hear their home as a mark what it is.
