The Importance of on Target Rate

If I had to distill it into one metric it would just be contribution margin of a cohort because we're essentially going for profitability and volume. But at the end of the day the most important thing is are we spending more money and are we doing it at the right payback period? One of the things that we've been measuring more and more is something we call on target rate and it measures whether we're good at driving the specific purchases that we want to drive. That's really interesting and it makes me think a lot. Note to self, go and test an ad with a branch customer, a testimony and it's so cool.
