I don't think money was always the only motivator ino. A lot of people left a lot of companies that didn't support them. I've had to adopt, and i've had to break my expectations. You have to be very selfless in that. In presales, we lead in a much more empathatic way. We lead in aMuch more e home and work have never been more blurred,. And that', that's a massive clea shave. There re thre are pretty cose people out there just absolutely exhausted - cause there the o f the er, i'm amazed by, the seven, eight demos. They can see seven or eight people in a day
