The Importance of an Overall Trend in Academic Task 1 Essays

In your academic task 1 essay, you have charts or graphs that you're describing and you must include an overall picture of what happens. Yes, so we have these things called ceilings on the IELTS scoring rubrics. If you don't have an overall trend in your academic task1 essay, you cannot get higher than a 5 for task. Like, that's huge.
