Is There a Conflict of Interest?
At the board, we wouldn't be making the technical decisions around wasam. But if someone made a funding request, then, yes, we would have to look at, is there conflict of interest in any of us? So so far, that has not been an issue on the board. Those are confidential. Employment decisions such as hiring back the process, and what was discussed, must be confidential. I can't talk about everything we talk about in board meetings, but i can say that that hasn't been an issue so far.
