The Importance of Adaptive Planning

A large part of when people start feeling unsafe in the workplace is when they start losing a feeling of agency. One of the roles you can play as a manager is restoring a sense of agency within the context that they're in. For a team, you have to meet them where they are, right? I think for me, at work, adaptive planning is going to be very key this year.
