How to Launch a Cell Phone Food Company

Alexis: We applied with my mobile menu, which was the name of our, the cell phone food thing. And then I think if I remember correctly, because we just launched it on Paul's, you know, we launched the YC site kind of on his own personal site. So what happened was he announced that and then Alexis said, you should send him a thank you note for meeting us. He replied, did you see Y Combinator? You guys should apply. Gosh, I don't think I realized the timing was so close.
