Do you think ultimately the artist bears some responsibility here? Is this ontravis on thom level? It's a difficult question to answer directly, because i'm seeing a number of conflicting reports. In general, there are only may be one or two individuals that have the authority to stop a show,. and that would be yoan organizer, or your head of security. The process and procedure for them to make the decision we need to stop the show also needs to filter through the entire security team.
