Reliability Is a Canary in a Coal Mine Too?
I really do value responsiveness and it usually correlates oddly with other performance metrics. It's kind of like a canary in a coal mine too. When someone's responsive, like, they're usually taking care of their problems. The reason you're stressing out that they're not responsive is because maybe there's another issue. Yeah. So it's all part of the bigger picture. You know, there's some gray area metrics like, you know, number of commits or lines of code written. Like I think not like super valuable, but we shouldn't be grading them on that.
