Teaching Falling and Falling

When i'm coaching falling, i'm almost pulling my pulling myself down. And it creates that reactivity where they're forced to move with gravity. I can do it in put a player into their athletic posture and just cew them to let their knees fall until they lose balance. One thing i was working with, and this was just for for pure linear speed with no sport application. The starting point is always just running in a straight line with nothing. Then take that concept and then you can plug it into your sportive choice.
