The US Seeks to Drum Up Support for Sanctions on China
The US started pulling out of arms control treaties back in 2002. And then it was the Trump administration that pulled out of the INF, which banned short medium range ground launch ballistic missiles. The Biden administration is pressuring allies to sanction China if they go ahead with sending arms to Russia. In recent weeks, American officials have renewed accusations that Beijing could provide weapons to Moscow.
