The Importance of Conditional Formatting
Condoleau: It's really important not to conditional format for the sake of conditional format. More colors you throw under Excel spreadsheet, all of a sudden, the less meaningful it becomes. 100% growth or 100% clean data, depending on the size of your data, will probably never get there. The business has to make a decision as what threshold of acceptance of junk data are we going to make in order to allow us to run our business.
