A lot of bosses avoid structure because it feels rigid and procedural. If you start doing that, it becomes pretty easy in our next one-on-one to check in and say, hey, you said you were going to email marketing about the thing. This is really important too, because we see all the time where managers discover an expectation they didn't realize they had. And sometimes it's really minor stuff like whether you ask 100 hiring managers if you're right? That somebody does something and they're like, oh, shit, I don't know how to do this. So yeah, if there is an example, would love to hear one."
