The first investment was like $75,000 which you know you can buy now. And then what I was really chasing at that time some of the goals was just a number. So it kind of became a game of okay here's the cash flow that I get but I'm wearing all these hats leasing agent asset management property manager maintenance person on call You know all this other stuff. and so let me hire someone okay well there goes my cash flow so we need to do a couple more and building that. Right now I have a small team and I still have the about 100 units a little over 100 units still.
