Twitter's Hateful Conduct Law

A ruling from the Ninth Circuit in a case called Oh Handley, finding that there was no first member violation when Twitter restricted posts. The California Secretary of State and its Office of Elections Cyber Security flagging those posts through Twitter's partner support portal. It granted access to this portal to election officials in at least 38 states and that included California Secretary of state. None of this was secret. This was all quite public in the run up to the election that there were these, this was how Twitter was enforcing its policy.
