i get quite the same way as a lot of people we've talked to have been athletes who are good tricks yeah that's true right. When i when i kind of get beat up you know i want to get it back and i think you've got to have that mentality at least to be a discretionary type type trader because you're going to go through ruts, so how do you mentally handle that is it's huge? It's like watching the game film right you you watch the game field so when you're out on the field you're not thinking right you're just reacting like  and i getquite the same way too.
