Unmarked Packages, No Return Address, No Information

Inside each one there was a USB drive. On those usb drives there are, i would describe them as snippets of a video tape from a whileago,. It was probably a physical video tape that had been digitized. And then we're getting, like, just pieces of it that somebody has cut up and turned into individual files.
