We've Got to Decentralize Decision Making
The codes action plan talks about this, and it talks about governente breakthroughs. We have to work with any actor that's willing to adopt that mind set shift. Ando, all these bright spots, as you say, lumio and polis, and there are various bright spots out there,. But it is a fundamental mind set shift and a power shift. I think we haven't yet figured out how to make that transition.
