After the Second World War, you had America ascendant and also some of these ideas were put into place by FDR. And this order sort of created an economy that was very industrial. They had welfare elements. This is when things like the National Health Service in NHS when Britain was created. But then a new order began to be first imagined with Brenev coming in with a radical vision for the world.
