Hugh Baan: Juliah made a very compelling case that diversity's been very important for ban in our evolution. But you've also described that this just doesn't happen. If there really is a war for diverse talent going on out there, you need to actually have a battle plan. And how we lead and the atmosphere and the cultures we create at our firms will go a long way towards determining whether or not you can inflect the curve on representation.
