The Importance of Reflection in Leadership

The job is just too big. So you have to choose that selective focus of your attention and how you set those priorities. A lot of leaders get into trouble by not having an agenda of their own for their priorities. And the irony in this is that often what's needed in order to narrow your focus of attention is to take your focus off of everything for a minute and reset and reflect.
