Is There a Silo Within Catholic Schools of Thought?

In the background of my treatment of this book is the fact that academics tend to create what we call silos. Oftentimes, it comes off as we're afraid to engage the other. But a lot of times it's not really about so much fear as it is just that we're busy. We come with a certain toolkit. That's easier to publish and in journals that are already friendly to our approach. It's easier to go to conferences where people know what we're talking about.
