How Do You Work on Your Legs?
There is a factor of just having long arms. My deltoids kind of, and my arms start after the end of my chest range. You're so wide in the shoulders. So there's really a big lack of muscle between the shoulder and the pec. It becomes like the inside of a spoon when I lift my hand. There's just nothing to carry it. The pulling stuff was more focused on the core and twisting.
