There are signs that you know this is a formidable counter elite. I don't know exactly what the macro level critical masses but at least for making some people nervous in the mainstream. We've attracted an exceptional array of people that's really help shape the gravitational direction of our business, which is talent and venture. And how do we provide the opportunity? How do we match them with opportunities to build the world? They want, which is fundamentally, I like to call it an elite mindset in a good sense. A lot of people are anti-elite, but really the problem is our current elite, is terrible elite.
